About

WHY CMP

A menu’s main job is marketing. It highlights items that are popular, easy to create, and/or provide the most profit contribution. It exists to persuade customers to choose those items.

Why Choose Cleveland Menu?

A menu is more than just a list of available dishes printed on a piece of paper – it’s the most important part of hospitality.

Your experience, passion and knowledge go into creating the items on the menu. Our expertise is creating a menu that becomes your hardest working sales tool; a menu that builds your brand, delivers a great customer experience, and drives revenue.

A menu that works. That is our craft.
We call it menucraft. And we’ve perfected it.

Your customers probably spend more time with your menu than with your servers. You put a lot of time and effort to train your servers so that they correctly communicate your menu, provide exceptional service and fulfill your brand expectations, right? Your menu deserves as much (if not more) of an investment.

Cleveland Menu has been serving the hospitality industry since 1930, specializing in the design and production of high quality printed, leather, metal, and wood menu covers. In-house production allows us to manufacture your custom menu covers to any size or shape you need.

Cleveland Menu can craft:

  • Formal and Casual Dining Menus

OUR STORY

Julius believed that a business will succeed if you work ethically and take care of your people and your customers.

From a Small Acorn
Grew a Tall and Healthy Tree

Julius Ramella grew up in an orphanage in the early 1900s. He started working for a small menu company as a printer when he was 18 years old and eventually bought the printing division of the company, founding Cleveland Menu Printing, Inc. in 1930.

Today, Cleveland Menu is a 3rd-generation family business that still adheres to Julius’ work ethic and beliefs.

Don’t confuse “family business” with “old and slow.” Cleveland Menu has remained the leader in the menu industry by constantly evolving and adapting to changing trends, technology and customer needs. With more than 50 menu specialists located in our state-of-the-art facility, we create, print and manufacture menus under one roof – not a single task is outsourced.

When we say we do the work, we mean it!
